Harvest Thyme Cafe and Co-Op
is a restaurant, farm, and fresh food distribution company,
with a focus on uplifting the need for buying local. We are serving farm fresh food, grown and raised by
your neighbors. So whether you are buying a meal or joining the co-op as a member, you can know that every
dollar you spend is helping the people in your community that you see everyday working hard.
We are based out of Hendersonville, NC. Some of the Farmers who we are working with on this endeavor are the Edmundson Produce out of Mills River who are also opening a creamery, where I will get my cheese after the new year. Snelson Farm in Marshall who raise our eggs and free range chickens and beef for the Co-Op, and Lyda Farm in Edneyville.
Our goal is to provide nutritious meals and education, through classes on healthy cooking.
